PhilliRs reported that in a joint meeting with the Mayors ' of Ithaca and Cayuga Heights that there was a definite feeling for the need of a road as g g outlined in either Alternate all or #2 in the NE section of the town, ' We s reported he had a Bond from Rocco Lucente for Winston and Salem Drives and Winston Court in the NE section of the town. He also presented Lucentsss layant ` Op map and survey for that section . motion by Liguori , second by Phillipa that a public hearing on this subAivi.sion be held at the next Planning Board meeting ' on April 20th. Carried . In a motion by Liguori and seconded by Saunders Flamer Phillips was authorised to make up a large Vaster Planning Yap of the Town of Ithaca . Carried , reported that the Zoning Board of Appeals has asked the cooperation of the .gJJAPlanning Board in asking the Town Board for aerial photos to be taken of the town v at the effective date of the Zoning Ordinance .
