Walter Woolf , Yr . and Krs . Chas . Given . Saunders reported that K . C . Parsons would report on the John Marion sub- division at the next meeting . Mrs . Walter Woolf presented reaps of her sub division between the T-bung and Du Boise Roads and askec the board for suggestions . The board suggested a proposed road layout within this area and some minor re-arrangements of lots . These will be considered by Pers . Woolf and her engineer (Mr . Leland Graham ) and revised maps will be presented to the boardo It was agreed ty the board that the Zoning Ordinance be printed and a public hearing be scheduled for the first week in April . The proposed Zoning Schedule was discussed and suggestions for iarprovement made . The schedule is to be printed on the reverse side of the Zoning map . On the schedule the colurms for signs and wises inforration will be eliminated and the parking column revised . It was moved by Bruska and seconded by Wiggins that the Zoning Ordinance be amended as follows . Add to R9 - Sect 5 - I7 also R15 a sect 12 � 118 also R30 - Sect 19 - 118 the following - "Not more than one sign in connection with an ac. cessory use provided that such sign shall be on the lot , shall not be illuminated and shall not exceed one square foot in area . " Votion carried . The Town planning Board wished to make no coimient to the Board of Zoning Appeals in connection with the American Legions wishes to purchase the old Inlet Valley school . In connection with the request of Chas . Collins Sr . to erect a truck repair garage on his Hanshaw Rd * property the Board of Zoning Appeals also asked the feeling of the Town Planning Board . In answer to this it was moved by Ligouri and seconded by Wiggins that " the Zoning Board of Appeals take no action to perpetuate the non-conforming use . " Carried . It was reported by Ligouri that the Remington Point (Lieberman ) property zoned Business C was satisfactory . It was moved by Marion and seconded by Bruska that the Town Board hold a public hearing on April 7th to consider the proposed revisions in the Zoning Ordinance . Yotion carried . Saunders read letter from Enos Pile asking for approval of his preliminary layout of sub-division so the city could extend and lay water rain before spring . Q Votion by Saunders , second by Vasse " Preliminary approval of the Enos Pile sub- division and Hanford Place be given with the understanding that final approval will be given only when health department and all other official board require- rents are ret .
