1 ) Leland Weaver appeared to urge actions on changing the tiroa surrounding
his property on the south side of Elmira goad to co rcialc Board

Weaver was asked to take specific Zoning Problem to the Zoning Board of
Appeal. &
2) The Town Board ' s reeozrn:pnda - ion to eliminate the present Busirncs ss
Zone Section of the Zoning Ordinance and substitute a Commercial Zone
which would have incorporate the provisions of the proposed Planned
Business Section wa.3 discusaoda The revisions of this section suggested
by Mro Bryant were considered. They c01mit +V80 on Zoning will present

3 ) The need for a Toxin ester Plan to promote Smooth and orderly
dovelopmant of public services and roads was discussod �
4 ) Ben Boynton submitted his resignation as Secretary of the Panning
Board effective Novembe lIIo
Motion by Phillips : PMSOLVED . that one of the duties of the Town: Zoning
officer should be to attend the meatings of the Planning Board ° It is
recommended that; the Towns Board incorporates the requirement in the job
aDecificat ions for Zoning Of'f'icer .
