Ithaca are :required by New York Town Law to take an oath of
office to cover each term of office , either elective or appoi t �

In order to protect the legal status of actions taken by the
official boards of the Town of Ithaca , it is requested that
each board member take an oath of office for the office he
holds . This can be done either at the Town Clerk ' s office ,
112 North Triphammer Road or at the Couazty Clerk ' s office in
the Tompkins County Count House
• For your convenience , your names are listed below together wmt'h
the year of expiration of your term of office . Planning Board
