Place : Tompkins County Court House at 7 : 30 pmo 1 ) A public hearing was called to order by Chairman Watson -to consider the subdivision of Eugene Dennis entitled Hudson! He1g4tL; showing a new road Hudson Place . No persons appeared to object to the plan . The Board. decided that when Piro Dennis has all of his materi completed , a special meeting will be called for final approval. Planning Board , in general , felt that the plan met all of the re (-' t %.%T.6 ments and was acceptable as far as it had been completed ° 2 ) A second public hearing was called to order to consider the plication of Rocco Pe Lucente who applied for re -n - subdivision of Christopher Circle lois 24 , 23 and 32 as indicatied on a map of dur.e; 209 1959 drawn by C . Crandall. Eleven families from Christopher Circle were presents Of th:, e group two spoke positively against the re � subdivisiori of dots 23 and 24 . Two spoke for the re — subdivision , and -the rest abstain* l from expressing positive views for or againsto The re �aubdivision of lot 32 , however , met with united oppose ,=' tion from the residents of the area:h due to the nature of the road which had been proposed to pass through the north half of lot 329 such road to .pass from the Schoenfeld and Underwood subdivisions through Christopher Circlea - The opposition was based on the face, that the proposed road gave direct access from the entire subdiv , � cion and from North Triphammer Road straight through Christopher Circle . There was little or no objection_ to an access street whw . rah was made to follow a . toisturous path.- if one was needed . RESOLVED , that the revised plan of the @hristopher Circle subdivision dated June 20 , 1959 , showing re �:.� subdivioi. on of lots 23 , 24 and 32 into six sots be approved as shown on the plan ; and that other normal requirements of the Planning Board for subdivision be waived since this in.for� mati. on has - been previously provided , ancx FURTHER RESOLVED , that the structures on lot 24A shall have a setback equal to not less than 89 feet from the west brancr3 of Christopher Circle and that the structure on lot 24 B be located as close to the eastern boundry between lots 24B and 23 B as practical ; and fk Zf v Town of Ithaca Planning .
