This meeting Was an informal public hearing to determine
the desire for rezoning from residential to business of property
owned in the Judd Falls F21is Hollow Roads area .
After clarification of the purpose of .. the meeting and a
general discussion of the problems , Chairman Natson asked that any
requests reg;ardinrg rezoning of the area be me to the Planning

Enclosed is the photostatic copy of the Resolutions of the
Town Board. dated October 6 , 1955 relating to the Planning Board .
In view of the portion referring to Section 274r of the Town Law
and Article 16 of the Town Law " or acts amendatory thereof " , it
could be easily argued that the Planning Boardts authority automatically
expands with amendments to the Town Law .
I apologize for punching your copy , but as I told you I was
under the impression there was an extra one . Enclosed are two
copies for your use . I had a copy made for my book .
