eEnder the provisions of Article VIII of the Tompkins County Code ,
I have reviewed on this day the provisions for water supply and
sewage disposal as shown axe . the plans of the Winston Drive Sub"

division prepared by Vxe Carl Crandall , Professional Engineer
and dated Maaw6ch 17 , 1958 . The ° subdivision consists of approximately
30 acres subdivided into 65 lots . Eighteen of the said lots on the
north end of the subdivision we reserved for apartment houses
consisting of six 2=bedroom units each . Until such time as severs
are available in the said subdivision , it is understood that apartm
mint houses may be constructed on the basis of one apartment house
for every two lots in the apartment sector, of the subdivision .
Sewage disposal in the subdivision will be by mems of individual
systems consisting of septic t&nks and the fields as shod on
the plans . Mater supply will be only through a3 public water supply !
systems operated by a legally established eater district . The
i subdivision elan is approved subject to the following conditions :

1 . That the proposed facilities for water supply and }
sewage disposal are constructed in conformity
. with said plans .
2 . That private sewage disposal system shall no longer
be constructed or used after public seder facilities j
become available .
