Resolution of Mr . Phillips and seconded by Mr . Vasse at the Town of
Ithaca Planning Board meeting of October 1 , 1958 :
"The Planning Board of the Town of Ithaca wishes to reaffirm its
interest in the adoption of the New York State Building Code as
a step to assure more complete and adequate planning for the Town
of Ithaca . "
The above resolution is being forwarded to the Town Board for action
at their October 2nd meeting .
