The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved . Mr . Marion reported on his progress in contacting land owners in the 5 Mile - 7 Mile Drive district . He reported that land owners would probably oppose commercial development but would not oppose light industrial development if it v were combined with residential use . Mr . Marion felt that there would be no objection if a public hearing were called to change this area into a combination of light - industrial and residential zoning . Later in the meeting the Brinks arrived and said that they personally would consider the combination of light industrial usage together with residential usage but that they were not at this time ready to make any decision either for or against such a change . The use of the land belonging to George Ideman on the corner of Mitchell Street® tension and Judd Falls Road was discussed . Mr . Hurst made a motion seconded by Mr . Vassee that the land belonging to Mr . Ideman lying north of Iviitchell Street , Viest of Judd Falls Road , and south and east of the cemetery be rezoned to business . The recommendation is to be forwarded to the Town Board . Mr . Watson will call on Mr . William Barnes who is the only immediate neighbor to ascertain his feelings toward a rezoning of the area to business . Pair . There will be a total of 18 lots measuring 14C ' by 971 . There would be a total of 132 parking spaces for the development . There was some discussion of play areas .
