Boynton , Gordon , Baker and Kravetz Harry Gordon produced a memo from Town Attorney Newman in which the latter states his opinion that the Christopher Circle Subdivision owned by Lucenti is subject to approval by the Board . A discussion followed . It was voted to invite Mr . Lucenti to discuss his plans for a subdivision on Thursday , September 20th at 8 : 00 p . m . It was also voted to invite LaGrand , Chase to discuss plans of the proposed Ridgecrest subdivision at 8 : 30 p . m . September 20th . Chairman Watson circulated a letter from Attorney Enos Pyle reprep senting the Atlantic Oil Co . who wishes to erect a gas station at the Corner of Warren Road and Hanshaw Road on the Collins property . The secretary was directed to ask Mr . Mandeville to the meeting on September 20th at 9 : 00 p . m . to discuss the proposal . iMr . Baker , Road Superintendent , presented a tentative draft of zpec - ifications for the construction of new roads on subdivisions . During the discussion on corner radii and road widths , it was unanimously voted to amend the planning regulations to require 30 ' radii instead of 20 and to require 601 wide road right -of-ways on all subdivisions planned after September 13 , 1956 . Mr . Watson and Harry Baker are to prepare A final draft of approved road specifications . Mr . Liguori and Kravetz are to prepare the Planning Board forms in final form .
