Presents Watson , Burst , Liguori
Gordon , Reps and Neal Kravetz
John Reps explained the new Metropolitan , Regional or County Planning
Board law which provides for financial aid for the operation of such Bonds.
Reps suggested. formation of a Regional Board with Ithaca ( C ) , Cayuga Hts (V)
and other municipalities . Discussion followed . Reps to arrange for preliminary
meeting of interested communities .
Reps present4eal Kravetz , a graduate student in Municipal Planning at
Cornell , Nr* Kravetz is interested in summer employment by the Planning Board .

Motion by Burst to appoint Neal Kravetz as a temporary town planner for a
period not to exceed 3 months during June , July and August of 1956 at a salary
of $300 per month * payable on a semi monthly basis for a standard work week
of 40 hours * Mro Kravetz is to , work . under the general sipervision of Frank
R. Liguori on such projects as may be authoirized by the Board * Motion seconded
by Liguori and adopted by voice vote .
Following; projects authorized by Board
1 . Preparation of specifications to aid subdividers in preparing and
submitting subdivision plans *
20 Establishment of a Board office at Town Barns .
3 . Preparation of an official Planning Board map of the town
4o Preparation of a land usage map .
Watson will arrange for Board stationary *
