Motion By Liguori , Seconded by Philips that Ordinance be
Adopted By Planning Board . Adopted by Voice Vote .
Motion by Hartsock that Ordinance be approved ty Town Board . Adopted by Voice
Vote .
Official Meeting Place and Office Established at Town Barn .
Harry Gordon will notify County Clerk of favorable . adoption of ordinance .

Liguori introduced Otto Kapp who is developing a subdivision on . Kay
Street .Subdivision plan calls for 2 dead end streets , contrary to the newly
adopted ordinances Attorney Newman was asked by Liguori as to whether or
not the newly adopted ordinance applies to Kappts . Subdivision. we
Newman ruled that since plans for the subdivision were completed prior to
adoption of the ordinance , it cannot be used in this cases Mrs Kapp was
urged to provide approved type turn arounds on each streets
