Planning Board of Town of Ithaca
February 28 , 1956
Chamber of Commerce Building
Present : Watson , Gram , Hurst and Liguori
Absent : Philips
Regular meetings to be on the 2nd Tuesday of each month . Next meeting
scheduled for March 13th at Chamber of Commerce Building .
Arrangements will be made to meet with and observe session of Ithaca
City Planning Board on March 12th at the Council Chamber .
Motion made and seconded that the Secretary write to the Bureau of
Planning Department of Commerce for information on the financial assistance
available to town planning boards to help them in developing a program .
The changes in the proposed planning ordinance suggested by Carl Crandall
were , discussed . The Secretary will look into the details of performance bonds .
Chairman Watson is going to get together with Liguori to arrive at a final
draft of the planning ordinance .
