Present : Chair George Tselekis, Ken Christianson, Carl Mann . Also present Code
Enforcement Officer Alex Rachun and Barry Kasonic for applicant.

George called the meeting to order at 7 : 40 p . m . The contractor Barry Kasonic was
present representing the applicant . The application was from Scott Peters for a variance to
build a garage on South Street Extension . The lot was non-conforming at 2/3 acre and the
planned rear setback was 22 ft. There was nothing behind the property . Kasonic
described the 24 x 24 garage with loft storage to replace a barn that had been removed .
Alex had notified the neighbors and received no response . Carl made a motion to grant
the variance . Ken seconded the motion . The Board voted .

Carl — AYE
Ken — AYE
The resolution passed . The Board adjourned at 7 : 40 p . m .
