Others Present Randy Jackson, Town Councilman REGULAR MEETING The Regular Meeting of the Town of Groton Planning Board was called to order by Acting Chairman Mark Baxendell at 7:30 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 18 OCTOBER 2018 A motion was made by Member Ed Neuhauser to approve the Minutes of the 18 October 2018 Planning Board meeting, as submitted. The motion was seconded by Member Lisa Maloney Hahn, with the vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Acting Chair Baxendell Nays: None Member Carey Member Clark Member Neuhauser Member Maloney Hahn Absent: Member Milliman Member Brockway Motion carried. This becomes Action # 1 of 2019. ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS FOR 2019 Selection of Board Chair A motion was made by Member Neuhauser to select Mark Baxendell as Town of Groton Planning Board Chairman for 2019. The motion was seconded by Member Monica Carey, with the vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Acting Chair Baxendell Nays: None Member Carey Member Clark Member Neuhauser Member Maloney Hahn Absent: Member Milliman Member Brockway Motion carried. This becomes Action #2 of 2019. Page 1 of 2 (T) Groton Planning Board Minutes of Regular Meeting 17 January 2019 Selection of Board Vice -Chair A motion was made by Member Carey to select Leon Brockway, Jr., as Town of Groton Planning Board Vice Chair for 2019. The motion was seconded by Member Maloney Hahn, with the vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Chairman Baxendell Nays: None Member Carey Member Clark Member Neuhauser Member Maloney Hahn Absent: Member Milliman Member Brockway Motion carried. This becomes Action #3 of 2019. Selection of Meeting Day/Time A motion was made by Member Barbara Clark to set the 2019 Town of Groton Planning Board meetings for the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m., as needed. The motion was seconded by Member Neuhauser, with the vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Chairman Baxendell Nays: None Member Carey Member Clark Member Neuhauser Member Maloney Hahn Absent: Member Milliman Member Brockway Motion carried. This becomes Action #4 of 2019. ADJOURNMENT At 7:35 p.m., a motion was made by Member Neuhauser to adjourn the meeting.
