REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 30 , 1996
Present : Supervisor Doug Austic ; Councilpeople Catherine Stover ,
Carolyn Duddleston , Peter Penniman , Robert Weatherby ;
Alex Rachun / CEO ; Marsha Georgia , Town Clerk .
Others present : Gail Zabawski , Grace Wolf / Free Press Reporter ,
Jackie Merwin , Sue Madar .
Supervisor Austic called the Regular Town Board Meeting to order
at 7 : 05pm .
• The Town Board interviewed Gail Zabawski , candidate for the
Ulysses Planning Board .
Also discussed the Weatherby land in Seneca County and the
proposed building of a new American Legion there .
The Town Board reviewed the Master Plan Map as submitted and
discussed modifications , areas of zoning and land use in general .
Hearing no further business , Mr . Penniman moved to adjourn ,
seconded by Mrs . Duddleston . Unanimously approved the meeting
adjourned at 8 : 50pm .
