• Sketch Plan Review, and consider setting public hearing date, for proposed subdivision of Tax Par-
cel 28.-1-17.1,29.41+/- acres total, located on Howland Road with frontage also on the seasonal
portion of Brenda Lee Lane,into three lots.Melissa Stevenson,NY Land Quest, applicant.
• Brief presentation of proposed food vending truck in Danby Community Park.
• Consider scheduling presentation by Scott Doyle,Tompkins County Planning Dept.,on stream
buffers and a pending Buttermilk Creek Watershed Assessment project, for the August 23 Planning
Board meeting.
• Designate Secretary for August Planning Board meeting
