ing the committee up to full strength of 9 members.
Councilman McElwee; seconded by Councilman Baker
K^OLVED, that Mrs. Florence Burger, Warren Road, be appointed a
member of the Town of Ithaca Recreation Committee.

Mrs. Valentino also presented fpr the Board's consideration the
revised Conservation, Recreation and Park Policy and asked.for
approval. She pointed out that they had suggested th^ change in
n^e to Pf Ithaca Park Council, and expl€tined various other
phases of the policy. Attorney Buyoucos objected to the policy as
presented and felt that it did not conform to the Conservation Law
„ ^ discussion it was the opinion ofthe Board^ that Mrs. Valentino should work with Attamey "Buyoucos
I in rewriting thi-a-poliicy and re-present it to the Board at itis
' next regular meeting.

fixed. Major problem is noise. It was decided
that Supervisor Schwan, along with Councilman
Desch, would arrange a meeting and investigate
future status of operation, possible reseeding
of area, etc.
REPORT FROM ZONING OFFICER:
1. Pichel - Mr. Cowan reported he had taken pictures and asked
how far Town should go in making property

Schwab presented^ a bill from Anthony Leonardo for
iof of his sewer "line at II32 Danby Road. In a resolution
S Sf? November o,- 1969 the >Town Board agreed :to pay for 125 feetof this connection. Total bill for 190 feet was $370.48. The
Supervisor suggested that-the-Town pay for 125 feet, or $243.00.
