I am sure that you are aware of the present situation. As of now, I am not benefited by the sewer district. The town does not have a legal righ t to charge me for sewer services that are not available to me. If sewer services should become available to me, I would like to suggest that a resolution be made to reduce the charge. Since I only have one hundred feet of frontage, the charge should be reduced two units or I would like the Town Board to show cause why it should stand as it is. Please keep in mind that any determination by the Town Bc^rd or its respective officers is subjectto Court review, (end of letter) -3- March 9, 1970 Discussion of matter - very brief. Board explained that assessor's charge was based on the three (3) units in existence at the above address and that two (2) of these units are illegal.
