Re: Grant Agreement Completion Notice
NYS CDBG Project # 287HR323-19
The Office of Community Renewal (OCR) previously granted the Town of Cortlandville an extension
for completion of this project until August 31, 2021. Pursuant to Section 2(b) of the Grant Agreement, the
OCR is hereby providing written notification of the completion of this award, effective August 31, 2021.
As per the NYS CDBG Program Guidelines, the OCR provides grantees a 30-day window following
the completion date of the Grant Agreement to submit any final drawdown requests for costs incurred
prior to the completion date. Any Request for Funds submitted by the Town of Cortlandville after
September 30, 2021 will be considered ineligible for NYS CDBG reimbursement. A Final Annual
Performance Report (APR) must be submitted to OCRREPORTS@NYSHCR.ORG within 30 days
of the extension deadline.
Pursuant to Section 12(d) of the Grant Agreement, any unspent grant funds remaining after
September 30, 2021 will be immediately turned over to the Housing Trust Fund Corporation. The
remaining project funds will be reallocated according to New York State’s Action Plan.
