Tupper, as Supervisor of the Town of Cortlandville, is hereby authorized and directed to file an application for funds from Empire State Development, in an amount not to exceed $250,000, and upon approval of said request to enter into and execute a project agreement with the State for financial assistance to the Town of Cortlandville for the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex Park Project.
