The meeting was held at the Ulysses Town Hall at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg.
Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the Town’s website and Clerk’s board.
ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Deputy Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
Board members- Richard Goldman, Michael Boggs, Katelin Olson
Court Clerk- Angela Champion
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Second Deputy Supervisor- Michelle Wright
Bookkeeper- Gloria Cassetti
ABSENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
OTHERS PRESENT:
(none)
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Zahler called the meeting to order at 8:05am.
ANNUAL AUDIT OF FINANCIAL RECORDS:
The town board reviewed the financial records of the Court, Town Clerk, and Supervisor/Bookkeeper
offices using the NYS Comptroller’s checklists, asking clarifying questions and giving feedback.
ADJOURN:
Ms. Zahler moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:10am. This was seconded by Mr. Boggs and passed
unanimously.
