Zoning Work Session , November 22 , 1999
Present: Doug Austic, Krys Cail , Paula Horrigan, Sue Poelvoorde, Budd Stover, Dave
Tyler, Bobby Weatherby, zoning officer Alex Rachun, attorney for town Bruce Wilson,
and Kristin Sosnicki .

The meting began at 7 : 35 p . m . The group closely reviewed pages one through
eight of the draft ordinance provided by Kristin . Numerous editorial changes were made
to wording of the definitions . Kristin agreed to do additional research on the definition of
cottage industry to incorporate the idea from the comprehensive plan to rehabilitate old
barns. Alex offered to send Kristin a copy of the Spruce Row PUD to incorporate into the
definition of campground. The Boards agreed to meet again on December 2, at 7 : 30 p. m .
to continue the review of the draft. Kristin said she would be unable to attend.
Alex said that Jay and Veronica DeVivo from Veronica' s Gardens would like to
have a public hearing as soon as possible . The Board agreed to set a public hearing for
December 8 at 7 : 30 p . m . The meeting ended at 9 : 40 p . m.
