PUBLIC HEARING
Edward Hazel, Applicant/ Edward Jr. & Nancy Hazel, Reputed Owners - 2250 Blodgett Mills
Road - TM #107.02-01-03.000 -Area Variance for Front Yards Less Than Allowed
Chairman John Finn recognized the applicant who explained that he needed a variance to place
two pavilion -type structures on his property to be used for storage, as shown on the sketch map
and photos accompanying the application. The subject structures had already been completed
and were in place on the property, but were too close to the property line. The structures, which
will not be enclosed were for use as storage. The house on the property is non -conforming,
constructed before Codes were written.
