30-DAY PUBLIC NOTICE TO
WATER/SEWER CUSTOMERS
PURSUANT TO PUBLIC SERVICE PURSUANT TO
PUBLIC SERVICE LAW § 89-1 AND CHAPTER 106 OF THE LAWS OF 2021
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Cortlandville 2nd Quarter Billing is payable July 1,
2021 through July 31, 2021, and
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, pursuant to § 171-10 of the Cortlandville Town Code, the Town
intends to add a 10% penalty of the amount due to unpaid water/sewer customers after July 31,
2021. If you have been financially impacted by COVID-19, please contact the Cortlandville
Water/Sewer Department by July 31, 2021 to discuss a payment deferral. Please call (607) 756 -
9637, email townclerk@cortlandville.org, or visit the office during regular business hours: 9:00
a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
