The meeting was held at the Ulysses Town Hall at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg.
Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the Town’s website and Clerk’s board.
ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
Board members- Nancy Zahler, Richard Goldman, John Hertzler, Michael Boggs
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Thomas called the meeting to order at 8am.
Mr. Goldman made a motion to go into Executive Session for the discussion of matters leading to
the appointment, employment, promotion, or demotion of a particular person. This was seconded by
Ms. Thomas and approved unanimously.
Ms. Parlato was excused at this time.
Ms. Zahler moved to close the Executive Session at 9:28 am. This was seconded by Mr. Hertzler and
approved unanimously.
Ms. Zahler moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:28am, seconded by Mr. Hertzler.
