LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the parties may be
heard, at the Town of Cortlandville Municipal Garage, 3587 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York,
concerning the enactment of a Local Law of 2021, “A Local Law Increasing the Term of Office
From Two Years to Four Years for the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk and Town Highway
Superintendent of the Town of Cortlandville.” The text of the proposed Local Law is available for
examination at the office of the Town Clerk and is also available online at
https://www.cortlandville.org. At said hearing, all persons wishing to comment on the proposed
Local Law shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
