TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE
RESOLUTION ADOPTED SUBJECT TO
PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville does hereby authorize
the sale of a portion of town property located on Hatcher’s Run in the Town of
Cortlandville to James J. and Patricia R. O’Mara for the sum of $1,100.00, consisting of
approximately 0.19± acres of land (24.89± feet of road frontage along Hatcher’s Run and
a depth along the west boundary line of 322.04± feet, approximately 8,388 square feet) a
portion of tax map #97.07-02-14.000, and it is further
RESOLVED, the sale shall include a permanent easement and right-of-way to the Town
of Cortlandville for the purpose of construction and maintenance of water/sewer mains,
and it is further
RESOLVED, this resolution is adopted Subject to Permissive Referendum as required
by law.
