Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the town’s website and clerk’s board. ATTENDANCE: TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT: Supervisor- Liz Thomas Board members- Michael Boggs, Rich Goldman, Nancy Zahler, John Hertzler Bookkeeper- Nina Thompson Clerk- Carissa Parlato Court Clerk- Angela Champion Supervisor Thomas called the meeting to order at 8am. The board completed department audits of the supervisor, court and clerk’s offices using the guidelines provided by the NYS Comptroller’s office. There were no significant negative findings. At completion, the paperwork was signed by the board and filed with the Town Clerk. Ms. Thomas moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:48am; seconded by Ms. Zahler.
