The meeting was held at the Ulysses Town Hall at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg.
Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the town’s website and clerk’s board.
ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
Board members- Michael Boggs, Rich Goldman, Nancy Zahler
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Ms. Thomas moved to go into Executive Session at 6:10pm for the purpose of discussing matters
leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or
removal of a particular person or corporation. This was seconded by Mr. Boggs and passed
unanimously.
Mr. Goldman moved to end Executive Session at 6:55pm. This was seconded by Ms. Zahler.
ADJOURN:
Ms. Thomas moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:55pm; seconded by Ms. Zahler.
