Town of Cortlandville Draft Comprehensive Plan
A Draft Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Cortlandville has been prepared in
accordance with Town Law Section 272-A and is being considered for adoption by the
Cortlandville Town Board. The Town Board will hold a public hearing on the Draft
Comprehensive Plan on June 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at the Municipal Garage, 3587
Terrace Road, Cortland, New York. Comments may be submitted to:
