LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town of Cortlandville Municipal
Garage, 3587 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York, concerning the enactment of a Local Law of
2021 establishing a “Moratorium on and Prohibition of Certain Development or the Expansion of
Existing Development within Existing Wellhead Protection Areas in the Town of Cortlandville’s
Aquifer Protection District”. The text of the proposed Local Law is available for examination at
the office of the Town Clerk and is also available online at https://www.cortlandville.org. At said
hearing, all persons wishing to comment on the proposed Local Law shall be given an opportunity
to be heard.
