a.) Authorize Supervisor to sign the “Owner-Occupied Loan Agreement” for
Christopher Cummins, 3801 Luker Road in the amount of $32,879.00
b.) Approve payment for Draw #10 in the amount of $27,764.90 for work done at
the property of Denise McNeal, 4327 McGraw-North Road, McGraw in the
amount of $20,000. & David Bragg, 3483 Route 11,McGraw in the amount of
$7,764.90
c.) Authorize Supervisor to sign the “Owner-Occupied Loan Agreement” for
Katherine D. Griffith, 1039 State Route 13, in the amount of $28,050.00
I-6 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the “Discharge of Mortgage” for Gennelle
Darling, 7 Hicks Hill Road, McGraw, NY. Ms Darling participated in the 2013
Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program (CDBG).Her loan was
satisfied on May 1, 2021 in the amount of $22,881.00 & $2,900.00
I-7 Receive & file the fully executed NYS CDBG Grant Agreement for Seven Valley
Speciality Cables, LLC
I-8 Receive & file the Cortland County Planning Department and Cortland County
Planning Board Resolution 21-10 review & recommendations of the Aquifer
Protection Permit Application of Builder ’s Best Home Improvement Center,
Inc., 3798 Luker Road, Tax Map #95.00-09-01.000 to construct a 5,000 sq.ft.
storage warehouse. Also, set a Public Hearing date of May 19, 2021 at 5:00
p.m.
