Sewer construction
- Provide private service to curb at 1438 Slaterville Road
- Repair sewer main Snyder Hill Road between Dove Drive and Skyvue
Road
- Coordinate with private contractor and State for future watermain
- - Blatchley lands
- Planning for watermain replacement -- Second Bridge Forest Home
Parks - Modification of Sand Bank Road- Buttermilk improvement agreement to
reflect Town Attorney review comments
- Transmittal of permanent easement to Coddington Road Community
Center for execution
Town Hall - Preliminary design investigation of heating system alternatives
and capabilities of expanding existing heating plant
Highways - Burns Road -- Property Closings -- abstracts being updated ;
descriptions prepared for staff review
- - NYSDOT Permit received
-- Gravel and stone placed except final 250 ' at north
end of project
- - Slopes prepared . for late Fall hydroseeding
- Park Lane -- NYSDOT Permit received
- - Continued discussions of gas line relocation with
NYSEG ; change to underground per NYSEG request
- - Clearing and grubbing complete

- Forest Horne Drive -- Base survey complete ; map preparation and
design
- Hospital Access -- Base mapping collector concept ; design
coordination with Hospital ; study of land
requirements and land use impact

- Monitor compliance with MBE / WBE, Labor rates , CPM
- Brief SJS and legal counsel on problems and potential claims with
Contract 2
- Monitor inspection adequacy , efficiency, and timeliness of Stearns .
& Wheler inspection and project management , particularly :
Contract 1 -- Land Outfall - Punch List
Lake . -- Contract claims, documentation of delays and
performance , issuance of timely change orders
- First and Franklin Streets -- Sewer System Operation and
Avoidance of Disruption
- Monitor steel placement , concrete placement , etc . ( form, steel ,
and concrete ) , base slab second phostrip tank complete , gallery
decks and monolithic channels - four complete ( south end to
near north end of aeration tanks ) , 3 / 4 primary tank slab and
walls complete , entrance structure formed , administration base
slab poured with utilities and duct banks cast in , primary
digester covers completely welded , inside painted ( top painting
in Spring 186 ) , secondary digester cover completely welded
( inside and top painting in Spring 186 ) ; pumping for complete
sewer system bypass during sewer connection work on Franklin
Street now undervray , Cornell plantings complete , lightweight
concrete poured influent roof , duct work and heating line work
influent building 1 / 2 complete ; brick work complete and being
washed , fascia panels in place , installation and . testing of
screeds complete ready for permanent power test , pumps being
rotated per manufacturer requirements , conduit from generator
building to plant 3 / 4 complete , work on MCC and HVAC units
influent building , concrete finish (Thoroseal coating approved
for no-cost change influent building walls ) , shear ring primary
digester complete
- Shop Drawing review Contract 7
Drainage - Sand bags prepared
1 / 3 gabions pre -wired
- Leveling course in Fall Creek poured
- Dowel holes in concrete and rock placed
- Steel dowels placed in drilled holes

a . Stakeout for finish grades - Phase II .
20 Park Lane Extension
a . Stakeout for earthwork ( excavation ) at lower end
between existing 10 " gas main and Route 79 .
b . Negotiations with NYSEG regarding relocation or
bridging of 10 " gas main at intersection with Park
Lane ,
39 Fall Creek Gabior. Retaining Wall along Forest Home Drive
a . Construction started - -
sandbags placed and concrete leveling base poured
for approximately 300 lineal feet of the 450
lineal feet total length of retaining wall ,
holes drilled in concrete and rock for re - bar
anchoring of bottom course of gabion baskets .
4 . Forest Home Drive
a . Survey field work completed for planning road
reconstruction .
