Stakeout for earthwork ( excavation ) at lower end between existing 10 " gas main and Route 79 . b . Negotiations with NYSEG regarding relocation or bridging of 10 " gas main at intersection with Park Lane , 39 Fall Creek Gabior. Retaining Wall along Forest Home Drive a . Construction started - - sandbags placed and concrete leveling base poured for approximately 300 lineal feet of the 450 lineal feet total length of retaining wall , holes drilled in concrete and rock for re - bar anchoring of bottom course of gabion baskets . 4 .
