SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
March 18 , 1985
At a Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca ,
Tompkins County , New York , held at the Town Offices at 126 East
Seneca Street , Ithaca , New York , at 12 : 00 noon , on the 18th day of
March , 1985 , there were :
® PRESENT : Noel Desch , Supervisor
George Kugler , Councilman
Marc Cramer , Councilman
Gloria Howell , Councilwoman
Robert Bartholf , Councilman
ABSENT : Shirley Raffensperger , Councilwoman
Henry McPeak , Councilman
ALSO PRESENT : Lawrence Fabbroni , Town Engineer
Peter Grossman , Town Attorney
EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO . 45
Motion by Supervisor Desch ; seconded by Councilman Cramer ,
RESOLVED , that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca hereby adjourns
into Executive Session to discuss proposed litigation .
( Desch , Kugler , Cramer , Howell and Bartholf voting Aye . Nays -
none ) .
RESOLUTION NO , 46
Motion by Supervisor Desch ; seconded by Councilwoman Howell ,
RESOLVED , that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca hereby moves
back into Open Session .
(Desch , Kugler , Cramer , Howell and Bartholf voting Aye . Nays -
none ) .
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was duly adjourned .
