Item 1 – Meeting called to order
• Chair F. Cowett opened the meeting at 7:03 pm.
Item 2- May 27, 2014 Minutes

RESOLUTION No. 137
APPROVING MINUTES OF MAY 27, 2014
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of the May 27, 2014 meeting are
hereby approved.
Aye votes – Chair F. Cowett, S. Cunningham, and R. Segelken
Opposed- None
Abstain- G. Gillespie
Item 3- Public Comment
• No members of the public present for comment.
Item 4- Design Standards- Zoning Task Force Discussion
• The Board continued their discussion from the May 27th meeting on design standard
recommendations for the Zoning Task Force.
• Chair F. Cowett will keep the Planning Board informed on the progress of the Zoning
Task Force.

• Unless new topics are brought forth, there will be no Planning Board meeting in July.
