Present: Planning Board Members Chair F. Cowett, S. Cunningham, D. Hay,
and R. Segelken

Item 1 – Meeting called to order
• Chair F. Cowett opened the meeting at 7:04 pm.
• Chair F. Cowett welcomed D. Hay as a full member of the Planning Board.
Item 2- January 27, 2014 Minutes
Motion: R. Segelken
Second: S. Cunningham
RESOLUTION No. 136
APPROVING MINUTES OF JANUARY 27, 2014
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of the January 27, 2014 meeting
are hereby approved.
Aye votes – Chair F. Cowett, S. Cunningham, D. Hayes,
and R. Segelken
Opposed- None
Item 3- Public Comment
• No members of the public present for comment.
Item 4- Design Standards- Zoning Task Force Discussion
• Chair F. Cowett outlined the goals of the newly formed Zoning Task Force.
• The Board discussed design standard recommendations they could contribute to the
task force.
• The Board will discuss the recommendations further at the next meeting.

Item 5-Other Business
• The Board discussed the open alternate slot. Any candidate suggestions should be
submitted to Mayor Supron.
