NOTICE is hereby given that on January 27, 2014 the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning
Board will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to consider the
following Site Plan Review applications and any associated SEQR Environmental Assessment
Form:
7:10 pm: Request by Robert Morache (agent), 207 Kelvin Place, to construct a second floor
addition above an existing garage to be converted to an apartment, which requires Site Plan
Review by Village of Cayuga Heights Local Law No. 2 of 1992 Section III.A.
7:15 pm: Request by Tammy Johnson (agent), 150 Pleasant Grove Road, to increase the number
of children allowed in an existing daycare facility, which requires Site Plan Review by Village of
Cayuga Heights Local Law No. 2 of 1992 Section III.A
