Supervisor Dietrich called the meeting to ord&dal present to the Pledge of Allegiance to the
American flag.

Dave Herrick from T.G. Millers Engineering. rrlrflr. diet with Councilperson Beavers, Sue
Beeners and Roy Casterline to talk about tiff ti d§,Vest Danby Water District. Mr. Herrick
presented the Board with an Agreement in conittiorhhe Study and Report Phase for the West
Danby Water District, and Water System EvaluakIen.has put together a scope of services in a
very formal agreement format and will be happrytssto an* of the scope services that are
outlined. A total fee for their services tad Eettmto exceed $11,800 inclusive of reimbursable
expenses. He explained what the hydraulic ndnot ait does and how it helps engineers.

Ronda Roaring addressed the Board with concern tlubotrash along the roads. She would like
the town to have a trash pick-up.
County Representative Report
County Legislator Frank Proto reported on t1a ngollo
- Trash pick up - One of the draw backskups isaslihap property owners must put tags on
bags. Getting together volunteers may works ap dssible to obtain free tags to put on bags left
along the roadsides.
- Tompkins County Budget - Sales Tax revenuCotmtjrhavas down $1,000,000. Payment was
for only $500,000.
- Governor's Budget was approved.
-Bus Transportation - Bus usage has increavdare Nuking at replacing 4-6 large busses for
rural routes. It takes two years to get one bus.

- Broadband Status - There are tow providerildvlpart ccepeaters on the County towers. The
problem is these cable and telephone companids mantle us with the information on what
roads are under served. If we can identifyadwhibh mot have cable service and get that
information to him he will send this on.
