TOWN BOARD MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 2, 2002

A motion was made by Deputy Supervisor Strichartz and seconded by Councilperson Nolte to call
a Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Danby to authorize the Town Supervisor to
send a letter to Kathleen Damiani , Finger Lakes State Parks - HQ .
A vote on the motion resulted as follows :
Gagnon Aye
Nolte Aye
Strichartz Aye
Varona-Lacey Aye Carried Unanimously
Supervisor Dietrich absent
RESOLUTION NO. 91 OF 2002
AUTHORIZATION FOR LETTER TO FLSP-HO
By Deputy Supervisor Naomi Strichartz : Seconded by Norbert Nolte
WHEREAS, a request was made by the Danby Community Park Association for the Town
Supervisor to write a letter requesting that the grant received by the Town of Danby from the New
York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation be transferred to the Danby
Community Park Association, now, be it
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Danby authorize the Town Supervisor to write
a letter requesting the grant received by the Town of Danby from the New York State Office of
Parks , Recreation and Historic Preservation be transferred to the Danby Community Park
Association
A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows :
Gagnon Aye
Nolte Aye
Strichartz Aye
Varona-Lacey Aye
(Supervisor Dietrich Absent) Carried Unanimously
The Board reviewed a draft Management Agreement Between the Danby Community Park
Association, Inc . And the Town of Danby and it is to be placed on the December 9, 2002 Agenda .
