TOWN BOARD MINUTES
YEAR END MEETING
DECEMBER 29, 2008
PRESENT:
Supervisor Fredric Dietrich
Councilpersons: Eugene Beavers, Leslie Connors, Daniel Klein, Joseph Salino
Others Present

Supervisor Dietrich called the meeting to order at 5:20 p.m.
Supervisor Dietrich reported that he would like to have the board consider approving an
agreement between the Town and Guy K. Krogh Esq. of Thaler and Thaler and submitted
copies of the agreement to the board to review.
RESOLUTION NO. 85 OF 2008
AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION BETWEEN THE TOWN OF DANBY
AND GU Y K. KROGH, ESQ. OF THALER AND THALER
By: Councilperson Klein: Seconded by Councilperson Connors
RESOLVED, that the Town board of the Town of Danby authorizes the Town of Danby
Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Guy K. Krogh, Esq. Of Thaler and Thaler for legal
services.
A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows:

APPROVAL OF WARRANT NO. 13 OF 2008
West Danby Water District Warrant No. 13 of 2008
A motion was made by Councilperson Salino and seconded by Councilperson Beavers that the
Town Board of the Town of Danby approves the West Danby Water District Warrant No. 13 of
2008 in the amount of$716.87 voucher numbers 75-78.
A roll call vote on the motion resulted as follows:

Highway Fund Warrant No. 13 of 2008
A motion was made by Councilperson Klein and seconded by Councilperson Salino that the
Town Board of the Town of Danby approves the Highway Fund Warrant No. 13 of 2008 in the
amoung of$21,603 voucher numbers 197-204.
A roll call vote on the motion resulted as follows:

Klein Aye

Dietrich Aye Carried Unanimously
General Fund Warrant No. 13 of 2008
A motion was made by Councilperson Connors and seconded by Councilperson Beavers that the
Town Board of the Town of Danby approves the General Fund Warrant No. 13 of 2008 in the
amount of$11,518.52 voucher numbers 502-528.
A roll call vote on the motion resulted as follows:

Dietrich Aye Carried Unanimously
