Public Hearing Declared Open :
Supervisor Dietrich declared the public hearing open at 7 : 07 p . m. and the following "Notice of
Publication" was read: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Danby
will hold a public
Supervisor Dietrich reported that the Town Board had not had adequate time to review the
Preliminary Budget in detail .
Motion to Adjourn Public Hearing :
A motion was made by Supervisor Dietrich and seconded by Councilperson Strichartz that the Town
Board of the Town of Danby Adjourns the public hearing for the Town of Danby Preliminary Budget
for 2003 to Wednesday, November 13 , 2002 at 7 : 00 p . m.
A call vote on the motion resulted as follows :
Carried
Public Hearing Declared Adjourned :
