The meeting was held at the Town Hall at 10 Elm St.
Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the town’s website and clerk’s board.
ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
Board members- John Hertzler, Rich Goldman, Nancy Zahler, Michael Boggs
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Bookkeeper- Nina Thompson
Highway Superintendent- Dave Reynolds
OTHERS PRESENT:
(none)
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Thomas called the meeting to order at 8:01am.
BUDGET DISCUSSION:
Ms. Thomas began the conversation picking up where the board left off in the DA fund.
The group also discussed the tax rate and reserves.
DA Fund discussions included the following:
• salaries and whether they reflect the union-negotiated increase
• capital planning and liabilities for bridges & culverts
The group moved on to discussion of the DB Fund at 8:57am, followed by Fire/EMS. They then
revisited highlighted items to make final decisions.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Ms. Zahler voted to move into executive session at 9:32am for the purpose of discussing the
acquisition of real property. This was seconded by Mr. Goldman and passed unanimously.
Ms. Zahler moved to end executive session at 9:36 am. This was seconded by Mr. Hertzler and passed
unanimously.

Mr. Goldman made a motion to adjourn at 9:43am, seconded by Mr. Boggs.
