The meeting was held at the Town Hall at 10 Elm St.
Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the town’s website and clerk’s board.
ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
Board members- John Hertzler, Rich Goldman, Nancy Zahler, Michael Boggs
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Bookkeeper- Nina Thompson
OTHERS PRESENT:
(none)
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Thomas called the meeting to order at 8:01am.
BUDGET DISCUSSION:
Ms. Thompson distributed an excerpt from an Office of the State Comptroller publication showing
guidelines and rules for various reserve funds.
Ms. Thomas began presentation of the Tentative Budget starting with the B Fund. Following the B
Fund, the board discussed Water Districts 1, 2, 3 and 4, along with Fire and EMS.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Mr. Goldman voted to move into Executive Session at 9:33am for the purpose of discussing the
acquisition of real property. This was seconded by Ms. Zahler and passed unanimously.
Zahler moved to end Executive Session at 9:56am. This was seconded by Ms. Thomas and passed
unanimously.
ADJOURN:
Mr. Goldman made a motion to adjourn at 9:57am, seconded by Mr. Boggs.
