Sczepanski - Secretary Susan Beeners - Code Enforcement Officer Edward and Donna Inman, Ann Claval Chairperson Laurene Gilbert called the meeting to order at 7 : 04 p. m . Inman Proposal for Minor Subdivision - Sketch Plan Review An application for a Minor Subdivision of Town of Danby Tax Parcel No. 10 . - 1 -21 . 12 consisting of 124+/- acres into a 3 . 1 +/- acre lot with 15 ' of frontage, a 4.4+/- acre lot with 15 ' of frontage and a 117+/- acre lot with 30+/- feet of frontage . A variance by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the frontage requirement was granted on May 18 , 2000 with the condition that parcels A and B could not be further subdivided . Edward Inman reported to the Planning Board that he has approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals for the flag lots A neighbor who owns one adjoining lot may be interested in purchasing parcel A but he does not have confirmation in writing and they have not received a purchase offer at this time . Susan Beeners said that the lots would be physically attached to Bald Hill Road as the right-of-ways are actually frontage . The parcels will share a common driveway and right-of-way for the three (3 ) lots within the sixty feet of frontage and will be included within the deed restrictions . Any further subdivision of Parcel C cannot occur without further Planning Board approval and considerations of whether a public road could be built . Bob Roe would like to know what the criteria was that the Board of Zoning Appeals used in granting the road frontage requirements and why wasn ' t this handled as a subdivision? The application for subdivision of was found to be complete and ready for a public hearing to consider the subdivision Motion to Schedule Public Hearing - Inman Minor Subdivision A motion was made by Nancy Weitzel and seconded by Robert Roe that the Planning Board of the Town of Danby schedule a public hearing to consider a minor subdivision of Town of Danby Tax Parcel 10. - 1 -21 . 12 into three (3 ) lots for Wednesday, July 19 , 2000 at 6 : 45 p . m . Minor Subdivision Proposal of Town of Danby Tax parcel 10 .- 1 -21 . 12 . A regular meeting and working session of the Planning Board will follow the public hearing. A roll call vote on the motion resulted as follows : Farrell Aye Hansen Aye Klein Aye Roe Aye Weitzel Aye Gilbert Aye Carried Unanimously ADJOURNMENT : The Planning Board adjourned into a working session of the Board at 7 : 30 p. m .
