WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2012 AT 5:00 PM

Those present: Glenn E. Morey, Supervisor
Ellard L. Sovocool, Councilman
Donald F. Scheffler, Councilman
Richard B. Gamel, Councilman
Sheldon C. Clark, Councilman
Also present: April Scheffler
The purpose of the Special Town Board Meeting was for the Town Clerk to present the
Town Board with the Tentative Budget.
The meeting was convened at 5:00PM and copies of the Tentative Budget were passed
out to the Board. The schedule of salaries of elected and appointed officers and
employees was discussed as there was a typo on the line item for the Zoning Board
Member. Also discussed was eliminating the Zoning Committee Board Chair and
Zoning Committee Board Member as this committee no longer exists.
There were no further items concerning the budget that the Board needed to discuss
and no other changes that the Board wished to make. The Bookkeeper will prepare
the Preliminary Budget and file it in the Town Clerk's Office.
There being no further business, Councilman Sovocool moved to adjourn, seconded by
Councilman Scheffler, at 5:04PM. Unanimous.
