LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom video and telephone conferencing
concerning the enactment of a Local Law of 2021 entitled “Moratorium of Installations of Solar
Facilities”, relating to Part II of the General Legislation of the Town of Cortlandville Code, Part 2, Article 1,
Chapter 178. The text of the proposed Local Law is available for examination at the office of the Town Clerk
and is also available online at https://www.cortlandville.org. At said hearing, all persons wishing to comment
on the proposed Local Law shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
