HomeMy WebLinkAbout1. Jax Service Center3izizo2a. To Whom it May Concern. We have recently leased the building in front of our service shop at 3845 Rte 281, Cortland. We have leased the building from UCK Three LLC and will be using the space to sell used cars. We have put in a lot of time and money into making it look appealing to both potential customers and the neighborhood around us. We would like it to look professional and family friendly, We put a sign upfront under the impression that the current sign of Sun Auto was approved by the town.We did not know it was under a variance and that it was issued between our landlord and the town, We would like to ask for a rehearing for the sign we have put up based on their variance. We have had several compliments on the sign and how it has made the property already look better from the road and it makes the property look more like the other business on the roadway, We have spent several hundred dollars on the sign and having it professionally installed. We would appreciate it if all of our hard work as a small business could be considered when looking at the possible variance. Thank you 1 , 1 . r..
