Tentative Budget - Fiscal Year 2000
The Town Clerk presented the Town of Danby Fiscal Year 2000 Tentative Budget to the
Councilpersons.
Items Discussed for the October Town Board Meeting:
1 ) Possible Award of Bid - Streambank Stabilization Project
2) Set Dates for Budget Workshops
3 ) Possible State Forest Resolution - recommending integrity of State Forests be prime
determinant in Master Plan.
4) Extension of County Contract - Circuit Rider - Possible Resolution
5 ) Old Town Barns - Request for Proposal from Buck Environmental Laboratories
6) Old Town Barns - Proposal from Highway Superintendent for Special Project to repair
building for storage - Year 2000
7) Heating System Proposal for Town Hall report from Building Committee - possible
resolutions .
8) Service Contracts with Town of Newfield (no agreement has been received)- Resolution
9) Town Hall Painting project - extension of contract has been requested from the County
10) Extension of Deadline for the Revitalization Project for the Town Hall - approval of
modifications for the scope of work for the lighting, paving of drive and sidewalks - Possible
Resolution
11 ) Possible Resolution for purchase of property on Hornbrook Road

Noise Ordinance discussion - Councilperson Strichartz would like the Supervisor to set up a
committee for to draft a possible noise ordinance for the Town.
