I-5 2019 Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant (CDBG # 287HR323-19)
a.) Authorize Supervisor to sign the Affidavit of Christopher Cummins, 3801
Luker Road, in the amount of $32,879.00
b.) Authorize Supervisor to sign the Affidavit of Michael Homza, 2086 Weaver
Road, in the amount of $36,370.00
c.) Approve Payments for Draw #8 in the amount of $14,375.00
I-6 Authorize extension of 30 additional days for the Town Clerk to submit the
Town’s
Annual Report for the year 2020
I-7 Declare April is Fair Housing Month
I-8 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Agreement with Insero & Company, Certified
Public Accounts for them to start the annual Town Audit for the year 2020. They
will be on site to begin the audit process approximately March 29, 2021
I-9 Authorization to allow Highway Superintendent, Larry Drach to trade in four 2019
John Deere Z960M Mowers for four new Ferris ISX3300 Mowers with a total
amount of $7,500.00
I-10 Announcement - Cortland County Small Business Assistance Program

Development Consultants) for guidelines/ pre-application or questions.
